Spend approximately 20 minutes in your first Ground Lesson talking to an instructor about the basics of flight and the Robinson R44 helicopter. Afterwards, fire up the helicopter for a flight where you get to take the controls. Take the first step toward your new career with this course.

Private Pilot Training

Take to the skies and begin your journey to become a Private Pilot! This course certifies you to fly any single engine helicopter as a Private Pilot. If you want to fly your friends and family or for your own transportation purposes, this is the course for you. This course is also the starting point for a career as a professional pilot!

Instrument Training

Helicopters are not limited to fair-weather flying! Learn how to fly a helicopter when the weather may keep others on the ground by adding an Instrument Rating to your certificate. This challenging course will hone your flight skills and place you among the top tier of qualified helicopter pilots!

Commercial Pilot Training

Whether it’s flying for Emergency Medical Services, Law Enforcement, Tour Companies, or any number of professional careers in the helicopter realm, you can be confident that every day will be a unique adventure as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot! This course builds on knowledge learned in the Private Pilot Course and certifies you to fly as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot.

If you have a passion for teaching or want to share your passion for helicopters with others, the Certified Flight Instructor Course is the way to do it all! Certified Flight Instructors teach students both on the ground and in the skies. We instruct you to be a master of your craft, while further increasing your qualification and expanding the realm of employment possibilities available to you!

CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR - ​INSTRUMENT (CFII)

There’s no feeling quite like teaching another pilot to fly in the clouds! Through this course, you will gain certification to instruct others in the art of Instrument flying. Instrument rated pilots are proven to be considerably safer than VFR-only pilots, and gaining this certification will further expand the CFI’s capabilities and opportunities.
